 Server request management help panel for WebSphere Application Server is missing from the administrative console

Problem(Abstract)

Go to the Request management tab on the administrative console by clicking Servers > All servers > select server name > Operations tab > Request management tab. When you click the "More information about this page" link on the Request management tab, the text that displays indicates that the help panel is missing.

Symptom

The help file displays the following text:

This file was generated during the publishing process

File name: xdop_srv_request.html
