Problem(Abstract)

Receiving an error message that is repeated every 5 seconds in WebSphere's SystemOut.log:. 

SECJ0305I: The role-based authorization check failed for admin-authz operation ScoringManager:timer:java.lang.String. The user UNAUTHENTICATED (unique ID: unauthenticated) was not granted any of the following required roles: operator, administrator.

Cause

Collaboration and Deployment Services needs to be configured for WebSphere Security enablement (Admin or Application).

Resolving the problem

To avoid the security errors, WebSphere security can be disabled. 
An alternative work around is available for WebSphere application server 6 and 7.
